I am going to wave the bs flag on that.

As she might not be aware, Phil had surgery with his hands in recent years. That's great he is still signing through the mail, but it is understandable on why he is limiting this now.

Also, I met Phil. He's a good man. Being rude about it shows you didn't deserve an autograph in the first place.
