This is probably for the best, as he is unfortunately known to refuse signing Snape photos

Next time you try, you might want to send a different photo of him because you'll just get the Harry Potter ones returned unsigned.

I wish you luck in getting his autograph though

I'm yet to get him myself!

Yes, Don't send any photos of him from HP or Alice In Wonderland. He will not sign them.

Not sure. Maybe copyright issues for the photos. He just doesnt do it.

He sent me a signed paperback of one of the Harry Potter books a few years ago, with my request including nothing Harry Potter related. Was quite impressed

This letter is weird anyway, normally you get a long-ish apologetic letter from Melanie, his assitant, not this generic one. But he wouldn't have signed your HP photo anyway, so next time you send, choose a different photo (I don't think he even signs blank cards).

He signs ICs/Autograph Books in person, so that covers the last point there.

Well then feel lucky because your like literally the only person. I know plenty of autograph dealers and collectors who have tried to get him to sign HP photos are Merch and they always get denied.
