Sharon Osbourne Q+A failure but amazing success

I sent a letter asking some questions to Sharon on: 25th January 2014, and yesterday I didn't recieve my Q+A back, instead I recieved this signed photo from her instead, she used her own envelope, and mine wasn't returned, still really happy though.
