My understanding is that he signs some bookplates once or twice a year for the gift shop at the Presidential Library. They can fetch $150 bucks there. I would try emailing the Library Website directly and check. Good Luck.

I got a signature from him in 1999 and again in 2013. Night and day signatures but authentic.
