JANE POWELL SUCCESS - DICKIE MOORE FAILURE!

I sent LOR, SASE and four photos to Jane Powell and Dickie Moore on Nov. 19th, 2013 and received both of Jane's photos personalized but my LOR and two photos of Dickie unsigned were returned with no explanation. Maybe he didn't like that his name wasn't on the envelope? The address I used was:

Don't take it personally, Dickie Moore has some pretty bad health concerns. He suffers from severe rheumatoid arthritis, and his mind is going due to dementia.
