England fans were today advised to sing their football chants/songs in German so as to not offend the host nation.

theres only gonna be two songs this year anyway, three lions and the mighty 'hurry up england' (http://www.virginradio.co.uk). the people who are going to be singing them in germany probably wont even be able to speak english by the end of it let alone german :wink:

Why are the English officials so scared of our history? We don't have to worry about upsetting the Germans becuase we beat them, does that mean if Man U beat Liverpool, all Man U fans must only sing in a Liverpool accent?
