I really haven't seen recent successes from him lately. From what I've gathered he can be pretty hit or miss. I haven't bothered sending to him again.

I got a success from him an a 11x14.

Took almost 6-8 months.

I wrote "monetary donation enclosed" all over the envelope.

And I did NOT play any return address tricks.

You also may want to try using the correct apartment number.

And as you can tell (contrary to what a previous post had mentioned) the RTS written on the original posters envelope is clearly NOT Kiners hand writing.
