The one line/two line thing is just a big giveaway. I've seen IP examples closer to one line formation that have been legit. In those cases, one of the things to look to is the size of the "C" compared to the rest of the name. If all of the letters in "Carrie" are roughly the same size, it's definitely a sec. If the "C" is bigger than the "arrie," there's a good chance it's authentic.

i also have to say that the "F" in fisher is also a dead giveaway. the secretarial ones are trying to do the flourish. there are big differences that can be noticed in the way they are written. for the OP those are secs.

take a close look at the F on the picture and if it is connected to the rest of fisher, and it also has the actual little slide up to the cross over. she actually does sign like that in person sometimes. someone else showed me theirs from CE2 this year and it is signed the same way. i have one signed pretty close to the same way. all the secs that i have seen are made to look like her big flourish that others are used to on her in persons. also the C on carrie is bigger like the one person said that carrie does on all her signatures. she also signed that way on a couple of ones from celebration japan also.i would not recommend anyone sending to the address in the database, cause 99 percent of what i have seen from it has been secs.

That doesn't look like an IP Carrie.

As mentioned above, she signs on two lines, not one.

I've never seen an IP signed on one line, and I doubt I ever will again.

And I use the word "again" loosely, as I doubt that's an IP.

I can assure you that the autographed photo I posted is indeed an IP. It was signed by Carrie at Monster-Mania Con in Cherry Hill, NJ, on August 16th, 2013. Here's the photo of her & I taken that night:
