Is 6 photos too many to send to request autographs on???

I'm putting together a package to send off to David Tennant. I know he's really good about autographs, but I don't want to be...too over the top with my requests. However, I actually feel like I'm going to bust a gizzard pin trying to choose my photos!!!!! I made THREE large photo montages, but there are 3 other single photos that I would love to send along. (I'm the queen of indecision, and with as many photos as there are of him out there, it, um, makes it very, very difficult to choose. )

I'm going to say in my letter that if he can't sign all of them, it'll be okay; that if he can't sign ANY of them, and just sends along one of HIS photos, it'll be okay; AND, that even if he can't send me anything at all, it'll be okay. But still...I thought I'd get some opinions before making a final decision. What do you guys think?? Is 6 just too darn many, or should it be okay?

Actually we normally send about 2-3 photos in one request, but I saw that you asked him to sign in his way, you let him choose whether to sign all or not, so I think it's okay, just remember to ask him in a polite way! Hope it works!

That is way way too many,I would say 3 should be the maximum you should ever send. I send 1 or 2 only now because anymore just seems greedy and just doesn't seem right to me because I know if I was a celeb and got 6 photos with a autograph request I wouldn't sign for that person because its just wrong. You can say whatever you want in the letter to justify sending 6 photos but in my opinion that many will turn the celeb off and it might just cost you getting anything back at all and really who needs 6 autos from the same person anyways it seems immature to even send that many.

Also a way to do things and not to do things and sending 6 photos is the way not to do things. If you ask for peoples opinions you should be ready for peoples opinions.

Well HONESTLY you asked a question and you got an answer. So don't complain just because it's not the answer that you want. If you don't wanna hear opinions, don't ask. Because some people like Johnny and sometimes (ME) just say it like we mean it and some people like (YOU) aren't gonna like it. Fact. So just think of an educated answer and answer your won question./ You kew 6 was too many...Good luck.

I only send 2 pictures. And they´re gettin signed ever! I think 3 is the maximum. Send it 2 times. Maybe the next if you gettin the answer.. If you get no answer, all pictures are lost!!

If I hadn't wanted an answer, I wouldn't have asked the question. I just don't appreciate being called greedy and immature. Inexperienced, HECK yes. A little stupid, possibly, ESPECIALLY for making this post in the first place. I asked because I KNOW of some who have sent that many, and got back, but I didn't know if it was the exception to the rule, or what. I wanted to know, and was open to whatever answers anyone had, I just didn't think they'd be so...hot. I haven't sent anything out yet, I haven't made any decisions, I was just gathering info. Sending fan mail is supposed to be fun. This whole thing just kinda sucked all the fun right out of it for me for right now. Does that make me overly sensitive? Probably. But no one likes to be hit over the head with incivility.

You got it all wrong and you know it. You were asking a question you already knew the answer to and then get mad when you hear it and now you complain about it and act like some kind of victim lol Anyone with half a brain would know sending 6 pictures to be signed at one time to the same person is being greedy but you obviously wanted to hear it was okay. Send as many as you want, Heck sent 10 if you like its your choice but don't ask for honest opinions if you cant handle the truth. I don't think anyone on this site would disagree that sending 6 photos to 1 person to be signed at once is overkill and well GREEDY. Let me answer your original question with baby gloves on that wont bother you .... Yes sending 6 photos is to many..!!! P.S. Your choice what you do and for the record I never called you greedy or immature, I said sending 6 photos will seem greedy to the person you send to and is frankly a immature thing to do.
