Raymond Blanc failure

I sent 2 photos ,letter and SAE to Raymond as well as 9 others in one envelope on: 12th August 2013, and yesterday I recieved my photos back unsigned, my SAE returned, he used a cardboard envelope to sent them back in, with note saying ' we are unforttely unable to endorse these images.
