I would like to ask is it truly necessary to add a photo of her in my envelope in order to receive a signature?
Like, I've sent MANY fan mails to a few celebrities by just adding IRC coupons and my letter inside the envelope and got pre-printed photos as a response. I mean, I'm not from the USA and as I understand the instructions provided by this website, sending photographs in order to receive a signature is concerning only the ones living in the USA.

In 2010 I sent a couple of fan mails to Shakira to two different addresses one being the address of Fundacion Pies Descalzos and the another one I don't remember for sure but it might have been Creative Artists Agency. Anyway, I obviously didn't receive anything back and by reading all your messages under this topic I do understand why! Anyway, even in 2010 I added IRCs inside both envelopes AND to make matters worse I bet I got both of these addresses from this website.
Well, I really don't mean to say this in any way bad because I'm glad that the admin provides now an updated address of hers on her page in here. I think I'd TRULY would like to try and write her one more time to this updated Roc Nation manager's address also mentioned by the admin under this topic but my big question is: TO ADD A PHOTO OR NOT? I mean, I anyway have to add the IRCs because I'm not from the USA.
Oh and one more question: Is this Roc Nation address truly valid? She resides currently in Barcelona, Spain - shouldn't she have a Spanish manager/fan mail address (if she has a fan mail address any at all)? I'm a little sceptical though I would like to try this Roc Nation.

I think adding a photo helps or they'll just send you preprints or auto pen. All the successes have been with photos and some were from overseas fans for some celebrities. I'm new at this stuff too but i just read these forums and i think i know how these things work.
