I send a sharpie with all of my VV requests, and every time they come back using the color I sent. I sent to Kris Kristofferson, who wrote me a thank you note for the sharpie, and said otherwise my BLACK PICTURE would've been signed in ballpoint pen. Good thing I sent a silver sharpie.

I've never paid extra shipping. I put 3 forever stamps on a 9x12 envelope with an 8x10 photo, 5x7, 2 page letter, marker, cardboard and SASE and everything was returned to me except letter with 3 stamps again.
