Emmerdale failure

I sent 8 letters to non regular cast members by Recorded Delivery to the Emmerdale production centre on: 18th June 2012, and today I recieved all my letters back in a big SAE with note saying ' that only regular cast members have cast photos.

address I used was:

Emmerdale Production Centre,
27, Burley Road,
Leeds
LS3 1JT
