If he is sending secretarials as the person who got the 4 autographs said, then why did he send 4 photos to be signed???? When he knows he gives secretarials why ask for 4 autographs.

Yes - those 4 are secs. Without a doubt.

Yes - he did sign VV, as late as last year. He stopped when he got overwhelmed. Period.

well, I realise that the signatures look like secretarials AFTER I received the photos back. I did not know that I will receive secretarials BEFORE sent the request

...and I was not saying that Mr Williams is sending secretarials to all, I just said that to me the ones I got back look like secretarials. that's all.
