I know UK people have tried ordering stamps from that site, but the USPS doesn't allow the option of mailing them to other countries. so someone in the USA would have to purchase them and then send them to the person in the UK.

I'm more than happy to help out UK members who need stamps and don't overcharge on prices like other sites do. {up}
