I am intending to send him a request too, but I live in the UK. How did you send it to him? I am planning to send ti to him with the same address, and supply an envelope for him to send it back, but what do I need to put on my envelope apart from my address? How did you do it?

Awesome! I actually ended up getting 2 autographs all together. I got a signed playbill and photo that I sent to him! I sen for the playbill first, just to see if I would get anything back at all, and 14 days later, it was in the mail box!
