I too had my letter come back as RTS after sending to that address. There are other users that have had successes using a different address. The one they used was John Morris c/o Stewart Talent New York 318 West 53rd Street, Suite 201 New York, NY 10019. I sent a letter off to the new one this past week so hopefully it goes through this time!
