I sent a self addressed and stamped envelope with a couple pictures on September 19th, 2014 and received the return envelope back, not sealed, and not signed on October 24th. Adress used was Steve Carell

I've had RTS before, and preprints, and everything in between before. Even apology notes because the actor or actress was too busy to sign, but I have never seen an envelope sent back not sealed and not autographed. It's like either he or his secretary just opened up my main envelope, took out the return envelope, put the pictures in it, and tossed it back in the mail WITHOUT EVEN SEALING IT... I would have just rather not gotten anything back at all then to have found that in my mailbox. Very disappointed and won't be trying again..
