Beverly Hills, CA 90211-2606. I received the same picture as the other posts but signed in silver sharpie that reads "Best Wishes Steve Carell". The inscription and signature match up fairly well with the others but the "S" in Steve is different in a lot of them.

I sent one back in early March and never got a response, so I decided to try again. Looks like I made a good decision, he is one of my favorite actors, I love the Office and all the movies he is in. Very pleased with this success
