sent a letter, dvd sleeve and return envelope to the rather lovely hayley atwell (via the address in the database) on the 6th of July last year.
received my dvd sleeve back in my envelope today signed.

What do you mean return envelope? Can you walk me through the whole process you used? I've been dying to get an autograph from her and I really don't know how. If you can walk me through the whole process that would be great!
