Sent rookie card in toploader, short note and SASE to Jamie Moyer care of Philadelphia Phillies at:

Sent on April 25th, 2011. Received back on May 10th, 2011 in SASE along with original note. Note was not signed. Card was undamaged in toploader. Signed with thin black sharpie. SASE was post-marked Tampa, FL and St. Petersburg, FL on May 7th, 2011. I had heard Mr. Moyer was still signing fanmail via the Phillies in Florida as he is rehabbing from injury down there in anticipation of playing again after this season, and that appears to still be the case.
