David Jason Tried it but no success

Sent 2 photos and SASE from U.S. (wasn't cheap!) to Bespoke Voice Agency. Got photos and a form letter back saying "David Jason is not signing anything for the foreseeable future" and a preprinted autograph. Kinda sad about it since people said they had success just a few months ago.

I sent my drawing to his home address and recieved it back signed.Also sent a drawing to Nick Lyndhurst and got that back signed also.Nick took a few months as he has been in the States filming Frazier.For some reason it is saying the files are too big to upload the photos,any ideas how I do it as im new to this forum.

Using which address please the one that says albert street?
