Gemma was filming recently in Birmingham and the signature the original poster received looks very much like my in-person ones and others friends got, so I think it is likely genuine.

I'd heard from a few people she had started signing TTM again.

The signatures look similar to the PP I got in 2014. Maybe she had a more manageable pile of fanmail, hence her signing some more? I wish she'd ditch the PPs fully and do pre-signed ones like Tilda Swinton, Tom Hiddleston, and Andrew Lincoln provide.
