OK so i sent a photo and index card off a few months ago. I got both back signed (great), but the photo had some paper/glue stuck on it. This morning i used some steam (wasn't really sure what else to use) to try and gently rub the paper/glue off.
Needless to say the pic has 2 marks where it was, it looks better than it did.
I did also get my card back so at least that wasn't ruined. I'm not angry with this just a bit disappointed, I'm grateful to have them back and signed. I may send another photo at a later date, may explain what happened.
