The thing is Shaun, in this game you need to be savvy. Sir David rarely signs via that address and the chances of that being him who's filled it out are the same as the chances of Benefaker having met the man himself that fabled day.

I sent a letter asking some questions, and SAE to Sir David on: 17th December 2013, and on Saturday I recieved my Q+A back answered, plus signed pp photo and compliments slip back from him also. :D
