You can use forever stamps to send to the US (about 3 for a small envelope with a picture and a letter in it) but you cannot use US stamps for him to send it back (a SASE)

Mr. Ramsay used his own envelope with a piece of cardboard inside. The letter from the assistant explained that due to getting a lot of fanmail and autograph requests, he can't write personal messages. It's understandable and I think it's nice to get an explanation. :)
