The above picture is definitely an autopenned autograph and not a secretarial. You can clearly see the three dots where the machine brought the pen down.

I sent a photo, and he (or his secretary?) personalized it. However, he used this crappy paint-ink-pen thing and the stuff is literally coming right off the photo. If I pull it out of the sleeve I have it in now, probably all the ink will fall off. Dang!
