Gordon rocks. He signed my photo (personalized), and a letter from his assistant. You gotta really appreciate the time they take to print out a label to you, personalize the letterhead, and to have him sign and personalize whatever you send him. I sent mine from USA to UK on the 26th January, and received February 14th. I was told by USPS would be two weeks to the UK. I also did not include any return postage - Gordon paid. Used the Gordon Ramsay Holdings that everyone else used.
This guy rocks. He's a cool guy, saves dummies who can't run restaurants, and an incredible cook and restauranteur (sp..) He's also just a "dude", I love his beef fillet recipe on YouTube, that he concludes as "f***ing delicious", that cracks me up every time.
