I sent an autograph request and photo to Doris Day on Feb. 11, 2012 and received a signed/personalized photo from her on April 7th, 2012. My packet to her included a SASE, an 8 x 10 photo, and a letter mentioning her wonderful performance in "Calamity Jane." I was so happy to receive her wonderful response. By chance, this happens to her "Doris Day" week on Turner Classic Movies (TCM) (April 2-6). I was thinking of her alll week and then her letter arrives. Thank you Doris!
