He sends pre-signed cards because he gets too much fan mail and I don't think this is a disappointment. At least he doesn't send pre-prints like some players do. Granderson signs for fans because when he was younger he wrote to his favorite player, Kirby Puckett. He received his card back signed from Kirby and was very happy about it. This is why he sends autographs to any fans who ask for one.

he never signs what people send. its always one of those cards. but at least he really signs those. try catching him in person. hes really approachable and a super nice guy

My disappointment was not getting the 8X10 signed. I had a really awesome pic that would have been awesome signed. But I am happy to get the card and it being real. Did I once ever said I didn't want the card? No. Am I appreciative I got the card from him? Yes.

Yes, despite the fact you didnt get your pic signed, you still got the beautiful authenticly signed card back I'd hardly call this dissapointing.
