For a pretty sure thing, go with $20. $10 might work.

I put $10 in with the LOR. Hopefully it works. The tough guy in my set is going to be Bob Gibson. I havn't heard of any TTM success from him since the early 80s when he was Atlanta's pitching coach. I figure I'll need to get him at a show for $50+. Hence I'd like to keep the cost down on the other 6.

That looks great!! Especially since they all signed in blue sharpie.
I wouldn't try with anything other than a SURE hofer like dawson or gossage...

I've decided to work on that 1968 World Series subset in the '69 Topps set. And I was trying to figure how much I should send Kaline.

From what I've seen, he doesn't sign for free at any address anymore.

Billy Williams is a good suggestion...I've kind of had hit and misses with him with some being very very long returns. Although he appears to be a better signer these days. I'll give that one some good thought.

This year for the Angel's 50th anniversary, they have alumni throwing out first pitches and from what I hear, the alum sign autographs after that. If thats true, I may hold onto the photo because Reggie Jackson and Dave Winfield will be throwing out first pitches later in the season.

Thanks everyone. I was thinking about Sandberg. I have an 8x10 for him that I was going to send to him. I've sent to him before and never heard back. That makes me not want to send this out to him! lol

I'm glad to hear that if you send to the AZ address it will get to him and you don't have to wait until the offseason, I may do that with my Ryno 8x10 instead of sending it to the team address...thanks
