I sent to the UK address from the US using the Global Forever Stamps on both the outgoing envelope and my SASE. I don't know how the UK mail works but I do know that other people have had returns using US stamps (forever stamps not global ones) so it doesn't seem like you have to use UK stamps. But if you are really worried about it you can buy UK stamps online or include some cash for the return postage.
