For all I know both may work. I'm just happy to get a success from her at all! I don't mind others saying that it may be secretarial, as that's their opinion and they're free to have that opinion, but I feel like the autograph that I got in particular is real, just because I feel that a secretary would have signed a little bit more neatly and mine is a bit messier than usual.
