On 2/27/12, I sent two cards, letter and SASE to former San Francisco Giants shortstop, Chris Speier. He played for quite a few other teams and the two cards I sent were from both ends of his long career. There are sixteen years between these cards. On 3/13/12 both cards came back signed. Stoked because of the player and the time span between the cards. He is now coaching for the Cincinnati Reds, so I sent it to their Spring Training address:
