Lucas Duda (New York Mets) Success - March 2nd, 2013
Sent this to the Spring Training stadium a few weeks ago, and it showed up in my mailbox on the 28th of February. Just starting out with fan mail, and have had a nice amount of successes already. I apoligize for the photo, as I took it with my phone, and it appeared without rotation on my computer. Sent with a SASE, and LOR. Came back in the SASE without a return envolope.

received my card back signed plus an extra signed 2011 heritage card (28th january 2013)
took around 10 months

Once again, I apologize for not posting this sooner due to my busy work and school schedule. I sent a fan letter along with an OMLB, a 1969 New York Mets Yearbook and SASE to former New York Mets 3rd baseman Ed Charles on 10/19/12 and I received the items back 11/7/12. He signed both the the baseball and yearbook for me. I took a gamble with this one in that I havent had any luck in finding a forwarding mailing address for him, so I decided to use the New York Mets fanmail address and it paid off.

I wrote a fan letter and sent a baseball and blue ball point pen along with SASE to New York Mets outfielder Kirk Nieuwenhuis on 6/9/12. I got a response back from him on 10/15/12 and not only did he sign the baseball, but he was also nice enough to send me three signed minor league baseball cards as well. Being that I am an avid New York Mets fan, I am really happy and excited with this recent success.
