Dick Warlock Sucess...Kinda - May 6th, 2014 So I sent a letter, SASE and photo to Dick Warlock from Halloween 2 on 4/17/2014 and received my photo signed 5/6/2014. Although I got a post it note on the photo saying:
"Thats $20.00 please
Lee McMahan
PO Box 6087
Kingsport, TN 37663"
Whats the typical etiquette for a situation like this? Or is a request for payment AFTER sending a signature typical?
