I'm new here and wanna ask about sending letter to Lucy Liu

I just checked the page of IRC because I'm living in Hong Kong. I found that Hong Kong is not a member of UPU. So, how can I get the IRC in other way?? Or, any e-mails that I can contact with her or her agency?? I really want to ask her about her make-up.....it's quite important to me.
