Using IRCs on a SASE

I live in Canada; I've received successes from celebrities by just using a regular letter, but, I'm sending specific pictures to celebrities most recently. Is there a high success rate when using the IRCs, anyone know?

as a Canadian myself I've found it rises the success rate by a bit but not by to much,it's a form of politeness really
