When is the best time to send TTM's for NBA or NFL?

When is the best time to send TTM's for NBA or NFL?

I was just wondering what time of the year would be best for sending NBA or NFL players. I suppose for MLB, spring training would be the best time.

I am speaking of sending via the team address, practice facility address, etc...
