I sent an email to therock@studiofanmail.com about a month ago, and got this back in the mail today, 9/21/2012. I don't have a scan of the envelope. Very happy to get this!

Don't know...quite honestly I don't care :)
He's a great athlete and an inspiration to many including myself. I knew when I requested it that it may be PP.
