Sweetness! Received a super cool reply from legendary Director, Producer and Actor Garry Marshall on saturday!! :D HUGE fan of his incredible work and have spent many an hour watching the classic shows he helped produce & direct like ‘Happy Days’ – ‘Mork and Mindy’ – ‘Laverne & Shirley’ and for my generation the ‘Princess Diaries’ films with Anne Hathaway & Julie Andrews, which I’m not ashamed to admit I’ve watched more times than I can remember. lol. :lol:

I sent Garry three photos and custom card; I received two of the photos back with one inscribed ‘Happy Days to you!’ & the other he actually signed twice, I think because he thought the bottom one wasn’t visible enough due to the darkness of the photo, so he signed it at the top too. So very unique! :D

He also signed my custom card, which appears to have came in contact with water or some liquid in the bottom right corner as the printer ink has blurred a bit, but signature looks awesome! He also used his own 6x9 envelope (which I believe he hand addressed personally), perhaps the water had ruined the SASE I enclosed. No sign of the 3rd pic I sent, so that could have suffered water damage too, but not sure. Either way, super happy to have gotten a reply! Thanks Garry! :D

Congrats on this success! I loved the Princess Diaries and always thought that Garry Marshall was so funny in all the behind the scenes interviews. It's neat that he was in a scene in the film, but he cut the scene due to continuity and timing. I may try this address! :)

Thanks bunnyhop97034!! He is in a quick cameo at the end of the first Princess Diaries, during the party scene where their all dancing and he dances right past the camera. lol.
