How Many IRC's Should I Use?

Im from Canada, and I was just wondering how many IRC's I needed to send with my SAE to California
My photos and envelope are smaller than an 8x10 so should I only send one?
Im new at this and any help would be appreciated!!

Welcome! Most send 2 just to be safe. I think one IRC would cover it if you send one photo but, send 2 because you don't want to risk it.
