1. An SASE is a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope. Basically, you'd write your letter to the celebrity, and inside the envelope addressed to them, you'd have an envelope, stamped, and addressed to you.
2. Do you men what is the best way for them to come back? and envelope bigger then 8x10 so there not bent.
3. Do be patient, and do some research on ehre before sending.

Depends on the person. i send index cards, and ask them if they could send a picture back it would be appreciated, if not, to sign the index card.
