Can I add a painting for the celebrity in the envelope?

I think so...LOL I don't think that it matters what you send, as long as it fits in the envelope and you add the right postage.

What do you mean to add thr right postage?
I pay on the letter how much it takes in my country and send it with 4 IRC's, is that the right way to do it?

A painting will be fine, whatever you want to sent the person is fine as long as you cover the postage properly
