Philadelphia Flyers Addresses

Hi all,

So basically I wrote all handwritten notes to the 2016-17 Flyers team and a card to send to them in order to create a book for my fiance. I got them sent back saying that it was the end of the season (bad planning on my part) - but I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on alternative addresses players may have? I've been trying to google - and it's very hard to find anything.
