Hi, Thank you. I used Tom's website & just clicked on contact. Yes you put your address & ask for an autograph. No you don't pay anything for shipping. Hope this helps.

No you don't receive an email just a signed picture in the post. Yes it should be fine with what you have done.
Did you put your house address in the email message?
The OP sent her email in June before the Olympics, I bet tom is getting dozens of emails a day currently.
