Aldi Print Software Help

Hi all, please can you help me why once I have uploaded these pictures, I get red lines along the top and bottom of my photos, does this mean that the photo will remove that part of the photo? or will the picture not be fully printed for the whole page? I can also see a lot of grey space, does this mean that the photo will have a lot of grey space on the page? I have never used Aldi Photos before but they are cheaper for 12x8 and I would please like some advice

Please can you help, it would be much appreciated and I would be really grateful
