Why did they get their reply back before me?

It's happened to me tons of times! Like a couple of successes ago, I sent out to Dick van Dyke, and I thought it would only take a couple of weeks, but it ended up taking two months! I'm also waiting on Angela Lansbury, whom I have been waiting for almost four weeks, and John Rhys-Davies, which I have been waiting for for almost five months! [rockon] {pyth}

Oh yeah, that happens to me all the time...but it doesn't get me annoyed as long as I get the autograph eventually At the moment I'm waiting for Dominic Cooper, everyone seems to be getting their autos, except for me. Sometimes I never get my request back, even if everyone else receives theirs.

its happening to me right now, everybody is getting their Jennette McCurdy successes back and i sent wayyyyyy before most of them and still nothing :/
i get a little frustratedd.

same thing, i haven't got mine back yet and i sent a long time ago =/
also with Alyson Stoner, i sent in September but more recent senders got theres back already

It's a common occurrence, "unfortunately".

A normal reply can take three, four months, that's to be expected. There are times when they'll come in days---not common---or many months!

I sent to Ian McKellen 11 months ago. Since then I have seen several successes, some taking only two weeks. Yes, I find that very frustrating. I mailed two requests to that same agency, on the same day, and never heard back from either of them!

It's all part of collecting, I am sorry to say. I would agree they need to organize their mail so that they answer first in, first out!

i agree,has happen many times for me!specially with Evangeline Lilly,ive sended her in june and now everbody who sends within 2-3 weeks get success!! :S:/

It happens to me almost always! I guess it's becuase I'm in South Africa, so it takes much longer to ship mail from the US or UK to here where I live at the bottom of Africa! :razz: But I do get my autographs eventually, but it can take up to 2 weeks longer than others here.

Yeah, like zanne said, where you live will affect how long your mail takes to get to the celebrity, and how long their response will take to get back to you. I live in Bahrain and I send my requests by airmail.. and I think it takes about up to a week before my requests even gets to the US! So that rules out successes that takes a few days unless I request by email which I prefer not to do. But the reply will come eventually (when the celeb responses of course).
