Jack Hanna email Help???

I was sending out a email request for Jack Hanna and i got this reply back like 5 seconds later. Anyone know what it means?

probably means that their not gonna be able to read your email so try again tuesday

They will receive your email when they return, but if its an emergency situation, then you may contact them through that number.

You don't need to send another email, his assistant will receive all of the emails when she returnes to the office.
