Spring Training Help

So I plan on attending a few games for my spring break. I really want to get a bunch of autographs from my favorite players, Not my favorite team but my favorite players in General where they are in several teams. How do I get to the players, I have heard that there is a bunch of people but how is it that you go up to them? is there a gate you wait, do you go before a game or do you wait until after? I heard that there is a better chance of getting autographs here than during regular season. Please help me out, I don't want to organize a trip to Arizona to not be able to get anything. Also should I pick a game where most of my favorite players are in one team or does that really not matter?
